makes me mad that there setting up more call centers overeas!!

why cant the big wigs see past the cheapness of these call centers?

I work in a UK call center and there are putting my job at risk but they piss people off as the cant speak/understand the lingo or what the issue is and then they come through to me to sort it out!

I work in a call centre, for ToteSport

I don't have a problem with complaints as people ring us, to place bets, so they have no reason to complain (unless we refuse their bet)

thats because they have them in england for prospect customers, then as soon as you are their customer you will be put through to a customer services in aslamabad
