finfing it really hard to see stuff to explain it it feels like ive looked into a bright light and my eyes wont focus

As above, either get some migrane tablets down you or dark room and go to sleep. If it turns out to be a full blown migrane, the headache will hurt, alot

I get this sometimes.
Its normally when i've been looking at a screen to long. The words I try and focus on almost seem like they're not there.

yep. only ever had a full blown one once. was almost unbearable. i ended up crawling round on the floor clawing the fuck out of the carpet. i bent 2 finger nails back without noticing.

God I hate a migrane, I always loose a line of sight in one eye..and I know its coming. so so bad.
