Hi all,

Just heard my car alarm going off now, didn't see or hear anybodies in the area as i went straight out. Shows i guess my new alarm system must be doing the job! Seems to be nothing damaged or anything to the car.

Should i keep cautious for now? It's in the street atm so it'll attract attention but still a little concerned though...

Tbh if somebody has been near it, set the alarm off and not took anything. I very much doubt they'd come back for something if they know the alarm was going to go off again.

Just make sure you havent got you CD player on show, mp3 players or sat nav, and if you have a sat nav make sure you wipe of the little circlr it leaves on your windscreen

Mine went off this morning at 25 past seven, hence going to be early for work for once lol Perhaps it was the wind cause aint parked it there before.

Would all alarms suffer from wind triggering them off or depends how it's setup?

my alarm is set off by wind, rain and car's or people going within a metre of it.

it might have been a car driving past? done it to mine before and the car rocked a bit setting the alarm off.

i wos going to comment this, some theives set ur alarm of a few times and hide, you get fed up and think its nothing so therefore you turn the alarm off, this giving the opportunity to steal stuf quietly
