as a guide, I have a customer with a c16xe nova with similar spec to yours, 270ish cams, headwork and one of my big 4-2-1 manifolds and omex management and it makes 160 bhp.

lacks a lot lower down compared to a 160 bhp tb'd engine but its a quick little car.
