there is no real list. an MOT is at the tester discretion anything he deems as unsafe or or not road worthy then he can fail it. so long as everything electric works. all fluids topped up, no play in any of the steering / suspension, brakes can produce a decent stopping power, tires in good condition, then just hope your emissions are ok
