what shows up on these, i was cautioned for going equipped would this show on a crb check.

so a crb check would only be given if i was working with children or vunrable adults, there was a part to fill in on the application form about previous convictions and cautions and it said these do not affect the selection process

afaik crb check are only carried out when you're working with children/vunerables...I had to have one when worknig in a school but its a bit of hassle so I think employers avoid them unless they absolutely have to have them

It all depends on what sort of job you are applying for. A caution will only be visible to the police or any organisation where you will be working with children or vulnerable persons.

CRB check is used whenever the empleyer wants to ask for one. You have to go and get it yourself and present it if your employer wants one.

Ed, my previous emplyer sorted it for me but it was delivered to my home so I had to present it at work...maybe they were just nice lol
