Went to see this yesterday and had a wee poke about and a couple of blasts in it.

1989 E30 316i 2 Door saloon

VERY cheap!

Its got slight surface rust on the rear arches and a couple of scabs on the O/S door. The O/S wing is holed too so i will remove this and have a good poke about. One wee hole on the N/S of the scuttle panel too but thats easy sorted.

Its lowered 40mm and has an Mtec spoiler. Electrics work fine too.

Heres a couple pics.

Wheels are not really to my liking but will do for now.

If the doors are fucked, the chances are there's more rust too...

Lift the carpets & check the floor for rust, very common on these.

What's your reasons for buying? Looks an alright car, but can't imagine it being a "go-er" .

I had a 325, it was funny for a while, cant imagine the smaller engine ones being that good tbh. Mine was rotten in many places!

Ive always wanted an E30 but too many points means a 1600 is tops for me.

First RWD car so i reckon its ideal.

Doors are fine. Just scabs.

How much is it?

Make sure you check the floors for rust, mine had no surfice rust, it was falling to bits underneath.
