looking to fly to tokyo narita airport in jan 2009, anybody know any good sites for worldwide flights? british airways is nearly 800 quid return

heard flights were about 500, maybe it'll be cheaper closer to the time?

doubt they'll be 500. it's about 450quid to here and Japan's pretty much double the distance I think.

Prices normally go up nearer the time (2 weeks before) so I doubt they'll go down

One via Rome wasn't with Alitalia was it? They're in financial trouble, so may not be worth going with them if it could possibly mean losing your cash, and if indeed it is them at all.

My mate lives in Osaka like - seems like a canny place to go does Japan

www.skyscanner.net I use it for all my flights, it compares all the companies and then takes you directly to their sites after without charging a premium.

ba seems the best option, as it includes flights to london then onto tokyo.

another £100 return for glasgow to heathrow to get with virgin, so ba is still probs the best option as its all in one package. bugger.
