Blue imo, would match the body paint more than red.

I was thinking...

Antracite rocker cover with just the lettering on the spark plug cover either blue (or red) depending on which hoses I get

Antracite and blue would look cool imo and go with the colour of the car better. As yours is a bluey green colour the red will clash.

red will be a contrast in the blue engine bay and more subtle than say lime green
