can you change the picture on them? and how much does it cost roughly?

only reason i ask i look nothing like my picture on the license and i got id'd yesterday and was almost refused because he didnt think it was mine.

dunno get an application form from post office an it will tell you on the slip thats in there if you can change it an how much they charge
