The youngsters are destroying any densely populated working class area by mob rule. Being chased with weapons has happened for years, the problem now is if/when you get caught you're being treated better than your victim as you've had a poor upbringing/you have mental issues. So there's absolutely no fear of reprisal whatsoever.
We've had a 13 year old that ran away and got pregnant stay here, as well as other kids that have used chairs to hit teachers and various other great behaviour. They're mollycuddled and treated with kid gloves, you even have to let the 12 year olds smoke if they want to 
Thats whats ruining the country not the landscape or anything like that just the bams destroying it.

Hammer your right!! My mum is the Manager of a Community Centre. The local High School hire rooms in the centre 3 times a week, to bring the disruptive pupils in for one to one teaching, they get taken to the Cinema, and Snooker clubs when the pupils who behave in school are stuck in classrooms all day

It's easier to do at that age generally less ties and responsibility, i doubt you have a mortgage or kids?
