The two bits at the sides of your throat, i need mine doin but i fackin hate hospitals.Plus the older you get the more risk the operation is, beleive it or not.

id just like to point out that i know, i had a discussion earlier tonight with someone who thought wrong and rang there mum who also said the wrong thing, it was only when said person rang a proper doctor that i was confirmed correct
