Where do i apply for a new one and how much is it going to cost?

Getting moaned at for not producing it at work for insurance purposes

you lost you liscense as in mislaid?

You can apply online for a replacement, my mate did it a couple of weeks ago.

if u lost just one piece, ie paper bit. then the dvla will charge you for a new paper bit. and vica verca. if you say u lost both bits they will send you both bits free of charge and you do not need to send any info or pictures etc.

thats what i did anyway.
