2028: News from League One/Two now and I'm going to have to be careful what I say because I'm not best pleased. Neil Lennon, who a year ago was good enough to captain Celtic in the last 16 of the Champions League, is deemed surplus to requirements at Nottingham Forest and has joined Wycombe Wanderers on a free transfer

I saw him against Leeds and he was rubbish. No running and just passed the ball along, most of the time with hardly any force.

I go to Forest every week and i was hopeing that he would go, he is past it. Had 2 or 3 good games for us. He just isnt better than our younger midfielders.

And now Wycombe Wanderers can pay his stupidly high wage bill !

No news on that front but your pushing it to bring in anything now!

I'm ecstatic with our transfer window; German international right back, Japanese international winger, Greek international striker, promising English striker a lot of clubs were after and the best of the lot imo Barry Robson

Is he looking like he will be used as a squad player in the great Rafa rotation policy? I heard that he was likened to Carragher in some ways by him?

I know he wasn't used against West Ham the other week...

He will be used a lot I think, Rafa has already mentioned the possibility of playing him, Carra and Agger when fit.

He is similar to Carra in his aggression and the way he puts himself into tackles, but he is much better on the ball and has more pace. Also appears like he scores a fair few goals aswell.

He hasnt played a load of games since joining, but I never expect a central defender to be thrown right in when you play the sort of systems we do. He started against Chelsea and had a great game though.
