I liked the one following Chip Foose when he was going for his 3rd Riddler award and wins it. Shows you the tiny attention to detail you have to go through to win it.

I think its the wrong car for all that in the end anyway, although the quality of the work is amazing.

Yeah, top guy.
Two other good ones with him on are when they do the CNN Hummer with about 6 or 7 different airbrush artists doing different panels. And he sprays a piece of paper on the wall of the shop and loads of people try to take it off 
And he did one where he went head to head against another artist on the same type of cars. He did a whole load of his realistic flames on that.
