i went to get like this wire clip things to hold the wires nice n neatly. i even pointed to the part on his screen and he knew which one i was on about.
my dad goes to collect them couple days later, its the wrong part

Went to vauxhall to pick up my overpriced arch order yday, comes back in saying "it was ment to be here yesterday but we havent had it yet!!!" then some other lady comes in and says have you checked down the back, he goes out comes back with my order.

yeah scum, got a new rear wheel bearing set, for a mk4 escort, however this part doesnt fit and the mk 3 set will. Worst bit is out of all of it, he has a lame attempt to make me look small and worthless, saying I should check the bearings before I grease them, which I should, but I work on the assumption that I have the correct bearings :/

Dont generalise mate i work in parts,used to work for vauxhall and was good at my job,some people dont give a fuck though agreed but theres a lot more ins and outs to the job than people realise and some people that come in with the attitude they're all the same and they come in without the vin number etc are they're own worst enemy as most likely to be given wrong parts with a lack of vehicle information!

was that smiths mate?? a lad there who was really good left n they got a lad who knows jack i ordered a washer pump for my corsa b n they sold me a corsa c pump! after i gave them my reg number told them it was a b and everything,he just couldnt be arsed to look so grabbed the one he wrongly THOUGHT! it was off the shelf

Oh yes, i'll agree that the general public are alway wankers
