Go to sell on ebay as if it was your car. Put reg in and it gives a lot of details about the car.

Go get a insurance quote(cant remeber exact site) but when you type the plate it comes up with the cars details

robbo txt the word check followed by reg number to 88600

eg

CHECK R966 EFG

This will not only tell you everything about the car but its also a HPI check. Down side it will cost you £3 on your phone bill but Ive used it several times and its spot on!!
