Very true. They've probably got their fair of poorly-modified shitters in Europe but we won't see them because they wouldn't be at the European shows which is where most of the photos of European modified cars I see come from.

i think we have a uk style!
think like colour coding or contrast coding trim using!
using same manufacture wheels and a clean and usable look!
i think a good u.k style is a concurs clean car such as you see RS turbos, clean xe corsas, with a mixture that maybe biasts performance over looks!

In france your not even aloud to re-map your own car
i remember seeing a bright orange french 205 with an Mi16 engine in it with a squencial box and hydraulic handbrake in max power years ago.
I can imangine that being illegal
i remember that feature, and im sure the guy did actually state that the car was illegal and if he was stopped and they noticed he would have actually gone to jail for it, so they did the feature in some remote location

IIRC, all engine mods are prohibited there, so the only changes they can make are cosmetic.

There's quite a lot of diferent countries in Europe. All of which, includig the UK, have their own laws and restrictions. This goes for cars aswell as everything else.
