Alrite people just a quicky but do any of you lot no how to reduce the size of a picture?

Because i want to upload more piccys and the limit is 1MB and all of my pics are about 1.50MB,

Help please

if you have PS just open them in that and resize them then save over them, or host at tinypic.com and pick the size you require.
