Right..

A car moving slowly out a give way 'T-Junction' turning left

A car with four wheels mounted on a kurb on the left hand side of the car on the road, the car coming off the pavement and turning right down the 'T-Junction'

car shouldnt be on he pavement end of

Edit:

the car on the road would have priority, the car on the pavement should wait for it to be clear before manouvering
