Recovering from bad flu, still got really bad throat like being stabbed when i cough. anyone got any ideas as to how to help it get better.
i am drinkin loads of water, resting it, cough med, gargling tcp, soothers, any other tips??

i had this the other week. ended up losing my voice.. only thing i could do was drink loads of water/cordial and sleep

There is no better thing to do than salt water, like you say its horrible but it 10000% works
