If there was CCTV in the car park that might have gone in your favour too, its a bit late to get the tapes now though

yes CCTV but i was directly beneath the cam this happened in july aswell

You can have a barraster provided for free I think, called the duty soilicitor or something who will be there on the day. If your found guilty it just shows how piss poor the law in this country is

yeah they are the courts for the more minor offences. Kerry do you know if the duty solicitor will go with you into the court room?

Showing up in court gives a better impression than having a letter read out on your behalf, sorta makes it look as if you cant be bothered

the letter said if i plead not guilty i have to appear,pleading not guilty would make things worse for me,so i just pleaded guilty wrote a letter and im hoping for the best

let me get this straight? you go into a car park and buy a ticket. the police happened to turn up before you had left the car, and you've got a £75 ticket for that?

not for me i parked in a bay was getting my money for the machine and i got a £75 fine

if i had of parked in a bay with a ticket i will still get a £75 fine

If you plead not guitly then your are found to be at fault, they will make you pay the fine, court fees and interest at a rate of 8% for every day you dont pay.

But if you think your in the right, stick to your guns.

a guy i work with is in court today, got done for drink driving but he has a previous of drunk while in charge of a motor vehicle (only got his liscence back 3 months ago) and preivous for common assault and abh!! havent heard from him yet so i guess hes gone down

If anything does happen, but a Sun Newspaper on the way out of court, and ring the number on page 2.
