....dealt with these guys before corsacentre.com, one of the members on our forum called them and was put on hold for 20 mins, that's a long wait when your calling international, he was after a set of repeaters and wing mirrors has anyone else had problems with them or is this a once of kind of thing?

I bought some side repeaters off them at Trax and have no complaints. They even checked the repeaters to make sure they weren't selling them with broken clips (covering their own back more than anything I know).
But that was in person, no idea what they are like over the net.

they are supernovas arnt they the compnay i mean? bought a grill from them came next day
edit: they are su[ernova's so yes had really good service from them

...could someone over there in the UK, let them know that there are people in Aus very interested in buying products from them so leaving us on hold on the phone ...(a) costs us a sh*t load of money and ...(b) doesn't leave a good impression.

in all fairness they just pick the phone up, was the person aware that they was on the phone to someone in aus?

Yup, one of the members on my forum stated where he was from and what he was after. If you can suggest a company that is willing to do business and provide good service, it will be greatly appreciated and I will gladly post it up and recommend it to any and all.
