Tom - I'd say around that yeah.
Eb - Not sure mate, would have to run quite a lot i would imagine though, but im pretty sure thats the max they can flow, anything more and you'd need an even bigger unit.

Im running 21 psi and its holds that. The unit that is on my golf has been modified and been tested to take 50psi before it failed so i know the unit can take alot more but 21 psi is giving me enough power imo.

50 psi ive never heard of a car run 50psi, a guy who has a 600 bhp ibiza only runs 28psi

It was tested to see the strenght of the unit. The guy who sold it me told me about the tests and the guy who modified it and tested it. Just going on what I have been told.

Lovely car by the way, just cant understand why they would test a turbo unit at 50 psi when its never going to run that

I couldnt get ma head around that either mate, I think they tested the unit to see if the mods to the unit made a huge difference or not lol.

I have been advised that the 236.1bhp at the wheels is approx 290bhp at the flywheel.

if so go no further
the conrods are the weakest part of the engine and only good for around 300lb/ft
I would also hope that using the KO4 turbo he has used the conrods from a similar engine as they are much stronger than the 150/180 versions
