I saw these in PPC, 7% flow increase at full throttle in comparison with 'normal' TBs apparently

If anyone wants more details they need to contact ANDY @ GDI - grey devil industries. Or they can contact me

They have been designed using state of the art CFD and engine simulations, to monitor what the air does once it enters the trumpet and through into the head.

They are very small in comparison with the other bodies which is for a reason and the quality is so much better than the rivals!

pmsl good edit. Are they made to fit clio cups? what are they designed to fit (it says direct to head? / no need for inlet???? / designed for what head?)

To be fair, the DTH Tb's for 106 gti's are angled upwards to allow it to clear the bulk head.

WOW easy with the questions paul.

Currently they have been manufactured and tested and the % figures validated for the following:
Ford Duratec DTH 38mm
DCOE 38, 40, 42 45, 48mm, 35mm long
Renault F4 41mm
Renault F7 41mm
Fiat 1800 41mm
Hayabusa (for Radical) dia 41 conventional throttles
Hayabusa 42mm
Ford Sigma 38mm
Honda F20 , K20 is being designed
FF1600 55mm Single
Subaru 72mm Single
Ford V6 65mm Single
(singles use conventional spindle design)

Yes they are DTH for each application they are designed specifically to fit in that car. So if for the 106 you want some that are angled to fit within the bulkhead that can be acheived.

These have only just been released and marketed on a larger scale.

The price for a Clio F4R is roughly £800.

If you are after some for your vehicle and it has not been mentioned above then i suggest that you contact me or andy @ GDI and some development work could be done.

Nice, better airflow using that design over using barrel throttles instead?
