I dont get blinded by fog lights 
most factory fit ones dont dazzel
I think fog light hating is a bandwagon thing, I never use mine in clear conditions

They blind me but I wear contact lenses and light does affect me more than say people with out the need for glasses/lenses.
I think its also to do with the fact the car is lower that what it should be, but the fact still remains that you shouldn't drive around with them on when there is no damn need for them.

I still argue 4X4s headlights are more annoying
