If folk are sleeping on top of more than 2 your risking postural and neck problems
I sleep on top of 1 visco elastic cervical neck support pillow.

How can anyone sleep with more than one pillow? it jacks your neck up and gives you bad sleeping posture. 1 (thin one) ftw.

ive always slept with more than one, but recently have been troubled with my back and chest with bones cracking and constantly having to like bend over backwards over a bar or something to "crack" my back to feel better
think i might put it down to my sleeping position

Two, but I never rest my head on them, I sleep with the top of my head just touching the pillow.
Weird thing is that if I have no pillows I can't sleep
