little confused with what to do about the log book? do i fill it in as normal and the new keeper signs it? or is it different when there address is a ireland one?

i sold my lexus to someone in irelend(cork), what you do is they keep log book you keep part of log book which says car is been exported or something like that get him to sign it fill it in and thats it simple just check after 6weeks its been registered as been exported and your jobs done! 
they need logbook to get tax etc as our mot test tax isnt valid over ther!

thats all i kept m8 cant remeber what part number it was but it export etc yeah 
write reciept out to say its been sold etc and guy to write his address sign it etc....
