doesn't look that clean tbh, paint work looks fucked

bit hard to tell from them pics, looks pretty cold to can't really see the paintwork. Is this the one with low miles going for about £1000?

My mates got one like that but white, he dropped a nova gsi engine in with cams and a straight through exhaust, its quite nippy but standard bodywork and ....BROWN interior make it look sleeper - and its got the original radio lol
