I heard they were bringing in a law of nothing over a 1.1 in your first year of driving too.

They have been on about that for the past 8+ years. I was worried when i was 15/16 that i'd have to wait longer before i was able to drive.

So yeah, it seams to take that long for anything to happen these days.

lol to be honest if it was true everybody would know about it by now!

i personally dont think it will ever happen because insurance companys, DVLA, goverment etc will loose out on so much money it just couldnt happen
