No they ain't. That looks like an Evo Sport and they had the same squared off E30 mirrors that all E30 models had. Those look like genuine touring car mirrors fitted. Uber Expensive.

If it is a genuine sport which it looks like it is, the lips to front and rear are both fully (4 point) adjustable for downforce. Not everyone's cup of tea, but function over form in this instance.

Shame BMW's new M3's are more for sales and marketing that balls out racing and homologation purposes.
