I'm currently applying for graduate jobs
One of the questions is what motivated you to apply for this graduate scheme, and identify why a career with our company appeals to you?

Because no one else wants me so Im stuck applying for you as my last choice. It appeals to me as I see it as a way to earn the free training needed to move to a better company.
