Thinking of selling my corsa as no longer have the time or space to clean it up properly as spend weekends at the girlfriends and she lives on a main road with no drive!
I hate seeing it dirty and hardly ever listen to the stereo anymore which seems a waste of a decent install, thinking of selling to someone that would get more use out the car and getting a standard car for similar value or cheaper as saving up for a house
hmmmmm cannot decide!
opinions welcome!
Thanks

£2k you say do you accept finance?

It is real nice. I know you'd probably miss it also. But I can see the appeal with getting a house and everything, totally up to you!
Another way of looking at it, is that you're going to get £2k for it, then end up spending £2k on another decent car that will last you until you have your house etc. This one hasn't got your own touches and you won't have the pleasure of looking at it thinking 'I made that', if you get my drift.
If it's 100% reliable, doesn't cost you much, I wouldn't tempt fate and sell it.

know what you mean just i love it too much and want to spend money on it i.e small rust spot under spoiler etc and wanting to get the arches sprayed black!
just want to save as much money as poss but dont want to watch my pride n joy go to the dogs because i dont want to spend money on it anymore if you get me
so thinking of getting a car like an astra g 1.6 standard that im not as bothered about looking good!

Totally up to you. Your car is lovely looking though, and I think you'll miss it. May be sell to someone in your region, so you see it every now and then, knowing it has gone to a good home!?

If you're worried about it getting messed up, how about returning it to standard? You'd get a fair wack for the wheels and everything? That way you earn some cash, and get a cheap runaround?

this is the problem with modifying corsa's. you buy a car that most people consider a cheap run around, then spend loads of money on it, and you start caring about it, making it not a cheap run around.lol.
