hey

i want to get the bright headlight bulbs from halfords. the ones that are like a blue tinge and really bright but i dont know which ones too get as there are like rally ones and that but dont know which are the right LEGAL ones lol

anyone any suggestions?

i know its not the kit i want its just the bright bulbs and jus wanna know which ones too get

surely people have them on here

I used to have a set of Halfords Xenon bulbs in mine but just looked bit blue for me.

Changed to a set of Halfords super bright

I need to do somthing with mine they are hopeless might as well just have my sidelights on

so what are the main recomended bulbs?

halfords do some really good ones... theres ones in a golden box which shine bright white (which i have) and theres a blue tint version which is usually hanging beside them.

cant for the life of me remember the exact name.. but there is a pair halfords do which are 80/100w, blue packet and are really bright.

Im not bothered about looks just need a bit more light.

the gold ones i got were buy one,2nd free... think they were 12ish quid

try osram night breakers if you want good light, 55/60w but loads better than any 80/100ws iv ever had, was about 25quid from powerbulbs.co.uk or .com cant remember which

The 501's the sidelights?

www.powerbulbs.com has them for £24 without the 501s, so that's a bloody good bargin!

btw, anyone know what the standard GM/Vauxhall main/dip bulbs wattage are?

they come with the 501s free pal standard are 55/60 but these are realy good, 90% more light wouldnt be far wrong imo
