Because they can watch the same sort of race in Northamptonshire for next to no money?
I know where I'll be going, and it doesn't smell of garlic.

My uni plans to enter a car next year, just need to get sponsorship sorted. Might have a chance of a drive as I'll have my licence by then.

No, you could go to the Britcar 24, see a similar sort of race, I'd imagine it's cheaper, and the racing wouldn't be that dissimilar, other than the Prototype class not being there, and some normal saloon cars replacing them
Wonder how much it is? I might go next year.

£75 for the weekend package with pitlane viewing.
Bargain
That's £700 less than the pitlane package for Le Mans by the looks of things

I might go to this also.
Was quite a good episode.
But I don't like now how things are clearly staged. And May says that the diesel engine in the Fiat 500 is rubbish, but didn't reiterate.
I'll still watch regardless mind

enjoyed it but i know its going to sound gay but would have loved to se more of that Matiz estate/SUV thingy. not cos i dont like the Ascari(sp) but cos it is a car show and even if it was a "power test" and JC doing what he does best i would have enjoyed it. i miss the genuine car test where they slate the plastics and interior design (or praise when possible) and use metaphor which puzzle, confuse yet entertain when describing the handling or the thought process of the design team when dealing with the arse end of the car
dont get me wrong it love TG but seeing JC every week in a car going sideways and hearing how easy it is to hold in the slide when he is not shouting POWER!! is getting a bit tiresome when i know il nva afford the car just one "boring" car a week, even if the test isnt relevant (liek Fiat 500) to return it to the routes of car show
