you need to take the clam off.

so it looks like this


then you can undo the bolts from the inside.

other way is to take it off with a soldering iron (my way) but you cant use it again obviously as its in 5 pieces

only problem is i need a new one, coz ive decided to paint it black / anthracite and put it on without the griffin... which means.. i have to take the clam off.
