The best/worst thing is when you get stuck behind a tractor etc, you proper have to risk your life to overtake it, unless you can clearly see a 2 mile stretch of road with no cars on it. Used to happen to me all the time on the way to Uni, I couldn't take the stress of it anymore.

About 350+ miles to full tank in a 12v. No idea what I get to £10 as I always fill up with a full tank.
Can do nearly 100 miles without the needle moving though

Has your gf got a bigger than standard tank ? mine over flows at around £36, and i always run it down till the end ( a little too close today, car was acting really bad and juddery )
From a full tank i'm happy to see 220, regularly see 180 to a tank if its all town

I'm returning 85.71428571 miles to £10.00 according to my calculator.
£35 buys me 300 miles of motoring

For £35 I get minimum of 300 miles in a c2 vts!
Thought the 1.2 8v would have been loads more! Although I drive mainly B roads at 60mph in 5th so this is probably why!
Makes me though lol

no 'Ooomph' with the 1.2 8v so you have to drive everywhere at higher revs than a slightly higher powered car hence using more fuel
