You should wash your hair as often as it needs it. If your hair is dry, you should probably not wash it everyday, as doing so would get rid of its essential oils, leaving it unprotected. Wash it every other day or every second day. If your hair is oily or you exercise frequently, however, your hair will probably need to be washed more often, perhaps every day. No matter what type of hair you have, avoid harsh shampoos containing ammonium lauryl sulfate, tea laurel sulfate, or sodium lauryl sulfate. These detergents are bad for the hair.

One at my friends at college used to have long emo-ish hair that was silky soft and looked really good (for a guy) but he never used to wash it at all! Apprantly washing hair with shampoo causes it to react by over-oiling itself because the shampoo gets rid of all the hair's natural grease... but after not shampoo'ing it for weeks, you hair goes super soft and looks really good anyone want to try it?

I shower everyday (sometimes twice if I've been swimming) and always wash my hair

Im 95% certain i have a clean disorder... im constantly needing to be clean so i couldnt hack it... im trying not to wash my hair tmro morning... money on it im not able to

I swim twice a day so unless i use gel, my hair is all fluffy anyway cos of the chlorine

Nice one My usual is 160 lenghts a day (4km) but sometimes more. I got half mile down to 12 minutes the other day too
