What do u get those small annoying muscle spasms from? Like in your eye for example?

as recently i have aquired 3

each eye and 1 in my foot

have i got the bad aids?

i get them just under my eye so i look like doctor evil. Only when im tired though.

Tiredness, don't know why, but happens to my left eye if I've been sat on the computer for too long over several days.

I get them sometimes in the top of both arms, legs and temples
