as i cant find any second hand, looks like i may be buying brand new
whats the difference between;
* corsa b 93 -00 with or without levelling control.
* corsa b gsi 93 -97 with or without levelling control.
is it just the indicator surrounds? as there the same price

levelling control is for when you have fat fuckers in the rear seat making the front of your car point upwards therefore blinding oncoming cars.

It is for the leveling, it is used for if your car is heavily loaded at the rear so the headlights are at the correct distance on the road, so if your Corsa came standard with it, then it's best to pay that extra, if not then you don't need it.

Oh, and don't bother paying for the levellers, the non-leveller ones will be supplied with brackets for the Vauxhall leveller units (or at least mine where)

Pre 97 ones are flat, post 97 ones are ridges in the middle so they sit in the bumper correctly.
The actual indicator units are the same for either, they're just mk1 Golf ones with black lenses.

If you want to cut the bumper to mount the indicators, yeah, you need the GSi ones.
But, if you don't want to go cutting and blending, get the cheapest ones and lob the indicators down at the bottom of the bumper like this -

The wires are long enough without cutting and extending, and you can remove them at a later date without having to fix holes in the bumper
