My phone isn't working at the line
Can't get in touch with BT because their support line isn't open on Sundays

Its a business line by the way, in case anybody starts yapping on about using my mobile (and i can't get it diverted to my mobile because they're closed)

You can use their online fault reporting service that will automatically set up a divert for you

I'm at home getting away from the stress actually

The rain has caused so much problems for me this year

Earlier this year someone drove into the box at the end of the road at work..

We didnt have phone lines / internet for 3 days...
