applied for a credit card online to do a balance transfer,so i get a letter from them saying phone this number in regards to you application, so I phone it as you do, to then be told that I have a letter coming through to say I've been rejected.
Why not just put that in the fucking letter to start with?! 
Also all the junk mail credit card companies send out, I think they should be stopped, must waste some right resources, half of the time they are to people like me who can't even qualify for them.  Daft bastards.
