spoke to someone who works for vaux and has there own company on the side doing conversions and that kind of stuff. he recently carried out a Z-let corsa C which he said was fairly straight foward, i asked about the 1.6 vxr engine that i bidded on before, he replied "your lucky you didnt win it", there is huge amounts of work involved !

Cut the wiring loom off at the ECU and put on standalone management. Problem solved

I can't see how what is essentially a Z16XE with a turbo can be any more effort than bolting a Z18XE into a Corsa C, which Vauxhall managed at the factory.

There seems to be alot of these cars being nicked and also alot of stuff on ebay 
Just looks too new to have been in a crashed car, look at the drive shafts, still got the stickers on them with no dirt/water marks on it!
Looks like it hasnt left the showroom

Standalone management would be the best bet imo. You'd even squeeze a few more geegee's out of it.
