I don't know whats more foolish, not wearing the seat belt originally or posting it on here thinking anybody might be sympathetic

fact remains you prolly wouldnt have any injury other than a sore neck had you been belted up. Im 99% thats the way a court would look at it.

are the people who you was in the car with your mates?

not wearing a seatbelt makes you an idiot and have considerably reduced the amount you could get

you was asleep, woke up to screams, but you know you was going ridiculously fast, overtaking down a hill?

tbh, if they are your mates, and you are claiming against them, i think youre a shoddy mate tbh,

be thankful for your life after being a badger and not wearing your seatbelt

You are 100% just looking for a meal ticket as said above

Plus, the claim will most likely take well over a year
