Having a weekend away

What does Bristol have to offer? Been looking at your stereotype tourist attractions. Cheddar caves? Butterfly house?

Ideas?

p.s. Saw a Brabus smart car last nite. Never heard an engine like that in my life

I went to Bristol last Saturday. It was pants.

We were turned away from at least 5 places with the excuse "Mixed couples only".

Bristol is alright as long as you go to the right places. Head up Park Street and Whiteladies road for lots of nice bars and good looking ladies. Avoid the actual city centre. If it's a lads weekend away there is an indoor go karting place in Avonmouth (Just off the M5) which is a good laugh. Having said all that given the choice I would probably go to Cardiff instead.

It was Whiteladies that had most of the places we were turned away from. As we got into the centre, only one place turned us away.

But yes, Cardiff is
