wat are the rules about non payers on ebay - if they buy it do they have to pay?

i sold an engine on ebay and havent had any contact from buyer for 3 days after sendibg invoice and emails?

any ideas?

They are supposedly bound by ebays terms and conditions to buy it, you will have to file a non paying bidder dispute with ebay but i think you will have to wait longer than 3 days before it will allow you to do that.

think they have to wait 10 days before you can report them,it all depends on your listing.if you have put "you bid to buy" etc etc you can claim fees back.ebay usually stick up for the buyer over the seller though
