I've got a next to new tyre with sidewall damage, you can just see a bit of beading type material if you investigate it. Is this dangerous? or ok to use? its a toyo proxies, the thing is when i cut a similiar tyre off of an old wheel it took ages. was a proper task, so its made me think, is it realistically going to be that dangerous?

whats classed as damage though, how deep? like i said i cut similiar tyres off and they had loads of metal beading through them, not something I imagine easily resulting in it ripping to bits and me ending up in a hedge?

ok, is it really going to blow up and result in death though?
you can only just see a bit of beading. I know i should just change it, but its gutting me that its almost new.

you asked our opinion we gave you it, and your still going against it so why ask?

yes it will blow out, and if your travelling at speed it could cause death,

dont be silly and tight and get it changed

Because I don't want to believe it.

I have a choice between a directional tyre on the wrong way that is 45 profile and the rest are 50, or one with a nick out of the side. whats the death ratio of each?
