i somehow hurt my neck whilst asleep last night,
now i cant look left at all.
how do i resolve this?
i can look straight ahead + right, but if i try to turn my neck towards the left i get a sharp pain from behind my ear all the way to the middle of my trap.
i think this is somehow related to a heavy shoulder sech in the gym yesterday.
(There are no sports massage-ee's for atleast 30miles to work the knots out)

I have the same (same direction also ) it's not so bad that i can't look but it strains behind/below my right ear Think it's due to how fucked up the left side of my face is after getting knocked out sleeping funny as to not rest on it.
Not much you can do just try not to strain it more and it'll probaby ease.

I got this the other day, took a few days for it to go (and still hurts a little now) but goes eventually. Got it because had to move out my room why I decorated it and slept funny on some shitty ass pillows

i'm glad i'm not the only one who has this. i must have slept funny on sunday night as the past few days i've been in agony. i just took some really strong pain killers and put up with it. its still a little sore now but nowhere near as bad. i'd reccomend you keep moving your neck as much as you can otherwise it'll be even worse.
