basically a mate of mine is driving one whilst his car is off the road and hes having a few problems. refuses to start some mornings, when started will be fine...then if you slightly put your foot down it goes to full throttle, foot off nothing,eml occasionally on but soon goes off. the only reason i ask is because im umsure of these engines. is there an EGR valve? and could that be the problem. plugged in diagnostics and it refused to read anything
