can anyone get a measurement from the front bumper rubber to the ground of corsa's lowered 40mm and 60mm on 15" wheels and 45mm or 50mm profile.

sorry its too complicated, reason i'm asking is that i wish to lower my car and get 15" wheels instead of the stock setup... but as it is, it sometimes scrapes the front rubber on the way into the garage (since it is an underground garage) so i cannot go alot lower. thanks

no necessarily... since i'd be making it higher by using 15" wheels instead of the 13" it has now. thats why i need the measurement. plus it only scrapes the edge of the rubber with me and someone else in it.

a 15 inch alloy will use a lower depth tyre as apposed to the big tyres on the 13's, my 14inch alloys from tyre edge to tyre edge is the same diametre as my 16's cos the tyre on the 16's is smaller

snap with my 14inch sport allys, 13inch spare and current 15s. all have the same diameter just different tyre wall thickness!

nice, the irmy shocks are meant to be pretty good too, they are basically Bilstein's iirc.

the brake light is easy enough to wire up.
i've basically wired up a longer length of loom to go from the spoiler through the tailgate down the passenger side under the trims then i'll just scotchlok it onto the existing taillights.

+ve to positive on the brake light loom and -ve to the negative/earth

im not 100% sure on the wire colours yet as the tail light plug into a single connector.

altho i will have a look at it in the day tomorrow and i'll find out the colours for you.
Hi Jurgen , where abouts you from?

(sorry for hi-jacking your topic Rob126)
